“Shattered” is an original quilt by Julie Eakes, accepted into QuiltCon 2026, the Modern Quilt Guild’s annual show and the most prestigious gathering in modern quilting. The piece was made in the wake of the 2024 election, a way to work through that frustration by hand, one stitch at a time. We’ve translated it to a direct-to-film print on 100% ringspun cotton: vivid, soft against the skin, and pressed in small batches to last.
