“Shrinemont” began as a puzzle drawn by Julie Eakes for this year’s artisan retreat at Shrine Mont, the historic 1,200-acre camp tucked in Virginia’s Shenandoah mountains, a place with a long arts tradition of its own. At the retreat, every crafter shaped one piece of the puzzle from clay; assembled together, the mismatched hands and styles became a single eclectic, genuinely one-of-a-kind design. We’ve printed that collaboration direct-to-film on 100% ringspun cotton so the whole of it travels with you.
